Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we are implementing an update to our booking policy effective April 10th, 2026.

A $50 deposit is now required to secure all consultation appointments. Should you choose to move forward with a service, this deposit will be applied toward your future treatment. If no service is scheduled, the deposit will be retained as the consultation fee. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

For Microneedling appointments, a $100 deposit is required unless a package has already been purchased, as packages cover the service in full. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the $100 deposit will be forfeited or deducted from your package, if applicable.
