🇺🇸 Veterans Tribute 2025 at Ivy Park Playa Vista 🇺🇸

Today, we came together as a community to honor and celebrate our heroes — the brave men and women who have served our country with courage and pride.

Our celebration began with a heartfelt welcome from Janice, our Activity Director, followed by a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem sung by Lorri, our Activity Coordinator. Charles, part of our culinary team, then led us in a touching moment of prayer, and Delores, our concierge, shared a meaningful poem dedicated to our veterans.

We were proud to recognize one of our own staff members, Kendall, for his dedicated service in the Air Force, and we had Adrian, our Activity Coordinator, help to honor each of our resident veterans with Certificates of Appreciation and American flag pins as a token of our gratitude.

The celebration continued with yummy bites, and a lively social hour and live entertainment, bringing joy, music, and community together in true Ivy Park spirit.

A heartfelt thank you to all who have served and to everyone who joined us in paying tribute today. Your courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten. ❤️🤍💙

🎃👻 What a Spooktacular Trunk-or-Treat! 👻🎃

We had such an incredible time celebrating Halloween together today at Ivy Park Playa Vista! From creative costumes and festive car trunks to delicious treats, fancy photobooth and lots of smiling faces — this afternoon was filled with joy, laughter, and spooky fun.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing residents, families, team members, and friends who came out to join us. Your energy and participation made this event extra special! 🌟

A lovely marketing event right on the Evergreen floor! 💕 Today, residents and new friends came together to roll, top, and bake their very own pizzas 🍕👩‍🍳👨‍🍳. It was the perfect way to share laughs, swap stories, and reminisce about the good old days when many made pizzas with their kids 🍕❤️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. What a heartwarming (and delicious!) afternoon! 🥳🍕

We were thrilled to host SERG at Ivy Park of Playa Vista, and it was a wonderful success! The event was filled with meaningful connections and reconnections. Our guest speaker, Linda Radell, shared valuable insights on the importance of first aid—reminding us how simple actions can make a big difference in times of need.

Guests enjoyed a delicious brunch, fun raffle prizes 🎉, and the opportunity to tour our newly renovated Memory Care community. 💚✨
