✨Now Accepting New Neurofeedback Clients✨

If you or your child have been struggling with anxiety, focus, sleep, or emotional regulation, neurofeedback may be a supportive option.

🧠 Neurofeedback helps the brain learn more regulated, balanced patterns, which can lead to improved focus, calmer responses, and better rest.

We currently have limited openings available.

Feelings are data.
They tell us something is happening in our nervous system.

The narrative is the story our brain creates about why it’s happening.

“I’m overwhelmed” is a feeling.
“I’m a bad parent” is a story.

When we can slow down enough to notice the difference, we stop reacting from fear and start responding with intention.

That’s where real change begins.

✨ Therapist Spotlight ✨
Meet Oaklee Kotter! Oaklee grew up in Lehi, Utah and sees clients in our Riverton office. She specializes in working with children and adolescents, using a thoughtful, relationship-centered approach that supports both kids and their families.

She integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and play therapy, with a strong emphasis on family dynamics as a foundation for growth and healing.

Outside the therapy room, Oaklee enjoys embroidering, sewing, diamond art, listening to music, and cuddling her two cats, Bean & Pepper.

Her favorite quote: “Oh yes, the past can hurt. But the way I see it, you can either run from it or learn from it.” - Rafiki, The Lion King

It’s International Play Therapy Week! 🧸

Play is how children communicate, make sense of big feelings, and begin to heal.
Through play therapy, children are given a safe, supportive space to:

✨Express emotions they don’t yet have words for
✨Build emotional regulation and coping skills
✨Strengthen confidence, connection, and resilience

Play isn’t “just play” ~ it’s meaningful, therapeutic, and powerful.

Therapy doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with you.
It means you’re human. 🤍
It’s a place to slow down.
To feel safe enough to be honest.
To be supported without judgment.
Therapy can be for:
• feeling overwhelmed or stuck
• navigating relationships or parenting
• healing old wounds
• learning how to feel safe in your body again
You don’t need a crisis to deserve support.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
When you’re ready, we’re here ~ with care, respect, and a steady place to land. 🌱
