If you love cinnamon rolls, wait until you try them as granola.
Sweet, crunchy, and so easy to make at home! 🤤

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
⅓ cup cashew butter (or any nut butter)
⅓ cup maple syrup
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp cinnamon
4 drops dōTERRA Cinnamon Bark essential oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
White chocolate chips (for drizzle)

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Combine all dry ingredients.
3. Combine all wet ingredients.
4. Pour wet into dry and mix until fully coated.
5. Spread on baking sheet and press flat with a spatula.
6. Bake 25 min until lightly golden.
7. Let cool completely (~1 hr) — this is how it gets crispy!
8. Drizzle melted white chocolate, chill until set, then break into clusters.
9. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
