Hi friends and family,I am officially moved in to this Place called the Centered Body,its an amazing pilates studio located in the lively Carmelo Plaza.As you can see theres reformers in the front as well as a Barre and lots of other official pilates equipment throughout .This place is Parallel to the industry I am in and I am so honored to be Joining Amy and her Team of Instructors whom like myself,enjoy contributing to regimens that help promote overall well being.
There is so much in store and I am very excited to embark in this new chapter.
