As we finish up the year, and are swept away in the holiday plans, and as we face the new year, we hope that you practice loving and respecting yourself, and giving yourself lots of grace. Not to anyone else’s standards. But yours and yours alone. Because at the end of the day, it’s just you. We hope that you find and continue to practice that self-love, self-gratitude, self-respect.
