Dr. Bill did his 7th straight day of cold plunging and hit a record low temperature (for himself)!

Cold plunging for 3 minutes in water between 45-59 degrees helps with stress relief, reducing inflammation and overall metabolic health!

Dr. Bill also says "it really stinks", so it's a great addition to challenge yourself during your morning routine!
