Is Your Knee Pain Actually Coming from Your Back?
Do you have front thigh pain, knee pain, or numbness that seems to move? It might not be a knee injury!
Pain in the front of the thigh and knee is often a sign of irritation at the L3 spinal nerve root in your lower back.
The L3 nerve root is responsible for the middle/lower section of the low back, the front of the thigh and the inner part of the knee.
If your L3 nerve is compressed, you might feel:
⚡ Pain or numbness on top of the thigh/knee.
⚡ Weakness in the quadriceps (making it harder to climb stairs or stand up).
⚡ Pain that is worse with walking or standing for long periods.
We don't just treat the knee; we treat the nerve source. Through spinal adjustments and targeted exercises, we can help reduce the pressure on that nerve root and resolve the pain in your leg.
Think your leg pain might be a back issue? Let’s get it checked!
