I had the pleasure last evening to have 3 wonderful women attend my presentation on “Reboot your Health and Thrive” at the River Valley Arts Center in Wappingers Falls.
I discussed the types of Inflammation, how it affects the body, the relationship between pH and inflammation and simple and easy ways to control and reduce it.
It was a great opportunity to learn about this important topic.❤️
