The website just launched on December 22, 2023, and please excuse some of its functionality not being in place yet, for instance the Patient Portal for registering your child to the practice will likely not be ready until February. Look around the website, you'll find a lot of very useful information and likely answers to many of your questions - particularly look at the Resources tab. My staff includes Denise, my nurse for over 25 years, and Jenny, my other long time nurse that was with us some years ago -- Denise and Jenny are a great team! Equally important is Nicolette, a very knowledgeable practice assistant handling the front desk. For those who haven't spoken to me as of yet, in the summer of 2023 I decided to establish a small doctor’s office in the Mid-Hudson Valley. Before this, I took care of many kids as a pediatrician for over 25 years in Fishkill, NY, belonging to large medical groups over that time. Pleasant Valley Pediatric Medicine has been created because bigger isn’t always better, where the profit margin becomes the number one priority instead of patient care. Here at Pleasant Valley Pediatric Medicine, “Patient Care” will always be the first priority. Your time, your concerns, and your input do matter. I hope you find that this old-fashioned personal approach to medicine offers what you’ve been looking for in a Pediatric practice, and avoids what you hate about the mega-size medical corporations in the region.
