I’m proud to share an exciting next step in my professional journey! Beginning March 2026, I will be pursuing certification as a Functional Medicine Health Coach through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.

This training reflects my commitment to continued growth as a healthcare professional and to expanding the care I offer my clients. By integrating functional medicine principles alongside myofunctional therapy, I look forward to further supporting whole-body health and enhancing patient outcomes through a more comprehensive, root-cause-focused approach.

I’m excited for what’s ahead and grateful to continue learning in service of the individuals and families I support.

I strongly urge parents to insist on a pediatric sleep study before accepting an ADHD diagnosis. You have to get a proper diagnosis in order to get a on a proper treatment path.
