🛏️ Dust Mite Allergies in a Nutshell
We test for 2 different species of dust mites with results back in 15 minutes, no needles or blood for testing.

We are happy to now offer PRP therapy as a service for our patients. Platelet Rich Plasma, or PRP, is a concentrated mixture of platelets, growth factors, and other proteins obtained from a patient’s own blood that can be used for multiple different applications including:

musculoskeletal conditions like osteoarthritis, tendonitis, ligament, muscle, and sports injuries, back injuries, and plantar fasciitis

Cosmetics: acne scars, hair loss from psoriasis and alopecia areata, wrinkles

Wound healing: diabetic wounds and ulcers, pressure sores, and other non-healing wounds

The simple procedure starts by taking a small sample of the patient’s blood and spinning it in a centrifuge. This separates the PRP from the rest of the blood. This solution is then drawn up into a syringe and injected into the affected area. Since it uses the patient’s own blood, it is a very safe and effective alternative to other traditional treatments.

Alternaria: This mold is typically found on plant material and is prevalent in outdoor environments.

Curvularia: A genus of mold that thrives in warm, humid conditions, making it common in Tennessee during the fall.
