Hey Tiki Nutrition family and friends! 👋

With Easter weekend coming up and the club closed for the holiday, I’ve been thinking about how important it is to keep feeling good even on the days we’re not open.

A few months ago I was right where many of you have been — low energy, clothes getting tighter, and feeling a bit stuck. Being at Tiki Nutrition has helped me so much, but I wanted that same support on busy mornings, weekends, and holidays when we’re closed. That’s when I started using our high-quality shakes, supplements, and teas consistently at home.

The difference has been wonderful. I’ve loved having steady energy that lasts all day, fewer cravings (even around holiday treats!), and I’m finally losing inches and feeling like myself again. It’s so simple and convenient — just what I need when life gets hectic or the club isn’t open.

Many of our regular guests have started keeping their favorite products at home so they never have to miss a day of feeling good, especially during holidays and weekends.

As the owner of Tiki Nutrition, I’d be happy to personally help you get set up with everything you need for home use. Just message me and I’ll walk you through the options, help you choose what fits your goals best, and have it delivered right to your door.
