Histological findings:
comments: leiomyosarcoma is a malignant tumor derived from smooth muscles (of the ventricular wall in this particular case). [mainly hepatic] metastasis may occur osis are moderate. Mitotic index is increased.

diagnosis: leiomyosarcoma

resection: complete

prognosis: guarded
