Attending the Virtual Dementia Tour by Bristol Hospice was a valuable experience for our families. It served as an eye-opener for some family members, helping them understand what their loved ones are going through. The experience also fostered appreciation and a broader understanding of the challenges faced by those who care for individuals with dementia.

Thank you, Diane Slabaugh, and Davey Duncan and Laura Adame from Bristol Hospice for providing this unique experience.

Special thank you to everyone that came out for our 1960s themed dance. Our residents love to dance and the team is always happy to spin them around the dance floor.

We had another cooking demo with Chef Ron. We made gnocchi from scratch! The residents loved the helping and of course got to sample their hard work.

Residents really enjoyed our Connected Horse’s Barn-At-Home Workshop. They watched videos of horses jumping, felt a lead rope, and practiced putting on a halter. This is always a favorite amongst the residents.

Prior to Christmas we hosted our family dinner and as always, we were humbled by the number of family and friends that joined. Truly a special day for all!

We celebrated Christmas morning by handing out gifts to our residents. They are a gift to us everyday!

Our monthly family support group was a time of healing, fun and grace. Residents and guests made beautiful holiday wreaths and enjoyed a specially curated meal.
