We now know, scientifically, that our happiness is to major extent (if not entirely!) determined by the quality of relationships we have. Somewhere along the path of our lives we become either complacent or too vigilant about those whom we share our precious lives with. We search for answers, look for cues and may not always end with the consequence intended in the first place. I would like to share this video, that has touched both my heart and mind, in that Brene Brown answers some of the burning questions we have about the pivotal element of trust in a relationship.....Who do you trust? How do you know if you trust the right person/ people? Are you trusting the right people for the right reasons?
