Through both curious questioning and active listening, together we may illuminate your strengths and opportunity areas of growth. My goal is that after our first session, you will feel that we have a pathway for a desired solution. I have worked with ages ranging from 5 to 85 years young. I have a credential in School Counseling K-12 and have worked in school, hospital, and non-profit agencies. I also teach stress management classes to the chronically ill. I work with grief, loss, depression, relationship issues, adolescent, and parenting challenges. My practice is built on providing a safe, supportive, and empathic environment to facilitate personal change. I treat each individual, couple, or family with respect and warmth. I work to ensure that our sessions will be tailored to your needs and goals. I understand that you're both looking for a solution and you want to find the right "fit" for helping you discover that solution.
