RS Calibration Services (RSCSI) has been providing Calibration and Validation Services to Northern California since 1995, supporting over 300 customers annually. RSCSI offers a full range of Calibration and Equipment Validation services specifically targeted at the FDA Environment. Our extensive Calibration and Validation Knowledge and experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device markets, makes RSCSI a valuable partner in supporting the unique equipment and audit requirements of the FDA environment. In 2011, RSCSI expanded our territory coverage to include Southern California providing our Calibration and Validation Services focused on these same FDA monitored industries. While we have presence in the geographic regions surrounding Irvine, Carlsbad and San Diego, RSCSI is able and prepared to support customers throughout Southern California. RSCSI offers the largest team of fully trained Field Service Instrument Technicians focused exclusively on the FDA Environment. By providing a full range of Onsite Calibration Services, RSCSI enables customers to minimize any downtime associated with Annual Calibration requirements resulting in improved overall productivity. In addition, our 17025 Accredited Lab located in Pleasanton CA, RS Calibration Services offers a full range of Lab based calibration services to our customers as one stop calibration service that will meet the unique requirements of the FDA and cGMP environments. Finally, RSCSI is committed to customer satisfaction through establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving a quality management system with the objectives appropriate to meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, customers, and regulatory authorities. Quality is the responsibility of the company, systems, and each employee. ITS OFFICIAL
Today was my first full day of no longer working at the company I built 24 years ago.
It has been a bittersweet day.
On one hand I am proud of building RS Calibration Services into a profitable business and transitioning that business to an international firm. I know it was the right thing to do for both the company, its employees, and for Debbie and I. Today I admit that i checked emails a couple times out of habit and curiosity. I only responded to two of them…

On the other hand I am excited to see what the future holds, It’s like starting over again, but this time with no clear agenda...a clean slate.
We went on a 7 mile walk and them I walked the dog on the beach for an 8th. A good day!
Looking forward to spending time at home, spending more time with family, and taking a few trips before hanging out the consulting shingle.
Thanks to everyone on the current and past RS Calibration team and thanks for all my friends who provided guidance and support along the way.

The Company is in Great hands under the Trescal umbrella. I will be in continued contact with the team to lend support when needed.
