Our residents enjoyed a beautiful fall outing to downtown Pleasanton, starting at the Pleasanton Centennial Mosaic Towers. We gathered around the brick honoring one of our residents, a longtime member of Pleasanton’s Chamber of Commerce — a special moment filled with hometown pride. ❤️

Outings like these remind us of the deep roots and rich stories our residents bring to our community.

💜 Together for a Cause 💜
Sunol Creek Memory Care was proud to sponsor, raise funds for, and participate in the 2025 Walk to End Alzheimer’s in San Ramon on October 25. We walked in honor of our residents, families, and the millions of people affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
Thank you to our team, family members, and friends who joined us and helped make a difference! Every step brings us closer to a world without Alzheimer’s. 💪💜

When the skies turned gray, we chased the sunshine all the way to Hawaii! 🌺🏝️We explored scenic videos of the islands and learned to dance the Hukilau—Aloha spirit included. 🌞🌊
