Always Keep it moving you can easily do a total body workout without weights and even without the beach. Old School calisthenics will get your body in peek condition You can do push ups and free squats and sit-ups anywhere. And if you can’t get out to run or walk then get yourself a good playlist going...do various cardio In between calisthenics movement like jogging in place with high knees...jumping jacks...jump rope....burpees...or my favorite is shadow boxing...be creative during this time of preservation and create a healthier you.
