Join us for a journey of hope and connection at our Meet & Greet—a safe haven for caregivers and individuals bravely facing progressive neurological diseases. Together, we share stories, support one another, and build a compassionate community. You’re not alone on this journey.

After the initial Meet & Greet we will explore having two sessions, one for caregivers and one for individuals navigating their diagnosis and what the groups look like going forward to ensure we are supporting everyone.

For any questions, please call Penni B 303-453-9762. All inquiries are confidential.
