Located in Central Bucks! This training program utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs. After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized that you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on those challenges. Today, many top athletes in a number of professional sports are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level. What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its holistic approach to training. TFW encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the 12 guiding principles that are the philosophical foundation of the TFW system. As a result of this principle-centered approach, the TFW system offers endless variety while still focused on producing constant gains. Some quick FAQ's about the Spartan DEKA

Well for starters there are 3 types (4 if you love life lol)

The STRONG, the MILE, and the FIT (then there is the Ultra...)

We are hosting our first DEKA Strong and TEAM strong of 2026 the end of January. If you have never done one then this is your best place to start. The strong is just the 10 zones and yes, there are prescribed weights for Men, Women, and even certain age brackets.

The MILE is the same exact zones, but in-between each station is a 160m run and by the time your race is over you'll have ran a mile with ALL of the other stations on top. We are hosting a MILE and team MILE at the end of February.

The FIT is actually in Philly this year and is the SAME zones, but now the run is increased to 500m in-between each station.

The Ultra Fit is doing the DEKA FIT 5x in a row...if you're into that kind of thing.
