Located in Central Bucks! This training program utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs. After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized that you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on those challenges. Today, many top athletes in a number of professional sports are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level. What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its holistic approach to training. TFW encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the 12 guiding principles that are the philosophical foundation of the TFW system. Its why we want you to crash the bell
"I don't like being the center of attention"

Oh well, we want you to be, because we've watched you struggle over days/weeks/months. We've seen you go through hardships, we've seen you struggle, we've seen you show up tired, and we've seen you show up through the storms.

You deserve to hear the applause, you deserve to hear the great job, and you deserve the spotlight even IF it's for a few short minutes.

It is one of the greatest feelings to realize that you CAN push yourself farther than any other time.

Meet the Warriors part 4!

Meet Jeisy!

1. What kind of workouts do you like the best?

I love all of the workouts. The hardest part is making it to class. Once I am at TFW, no matter how tired I am or how low my motivation is, the rest comes easy because of the coaches leading the way. I always leave with a smile on my face.

2. What machines do you like the best?

Can I say which one challenges me the most instead? The bikes! 😭 We have a history, and let’s just say I made it a point not to let the fear of passing out again get in the way of getting on those bikes.

3. Are there any improvements you would like to see?

I was away for over a year during pregnancy and postpartum, so I’d like to get back to lifting heavier.

4. What size class fits you best?

I love small classes because I’m an introvert and like having a little more space, but I also enjoy the enthusiasm of larger classes.

5. What other gyms have you been to and how does this differ in good and/or bad ways?

I’ve probably tried most of them during my fitness journey (OrangeTheory, CKO, CrossFit, LA Fitness, and plenty of home workouts). Besides the format of the classes, the community and support are what really make me come back to TFW.

I love that after being away for many months, I was welcomed with a “We are so glad you’re back!” This truly is a no-judgment zone.

Balance your food and don't OVER indulge

All Calories Count, No Matter How "CLEAN" or “DIRTY” They Are.
You WILL gain weight/get fat eating "CLEAN FOODS" if you eat too much of them (calorie surplus). If you want to lose weight you need to be in a caloric deficit.

The same way that you WILL drop weight/lose fat eating "DIRTY FOODS" if you eat less calories than you need (calorie deficit). There is such a thing as A BAD DIET.

There are no bad foods in solation, just bad diets & there should be no guilt or shame
attached to eating any foods.

!!! Warrior of the Month MARCH !!!

Allow us to reintroduce ourselves ... you know the rest of the words, but here's what you don't know about Karissa. She is a hard ass worker, a momma, a wife, a monster truck enthusiast, and a connoisseur of music from the late 1900's.

Someone who doesn't believe in excuses and here is your example

Recently her little guy was sick and before the sun was even up we got a text message "What's today's workout?" and that's not even the first time we've got that message from her. See she knows that consistency is everything and that over time habits become disciplines then disciplines turn into non-negotiables.

Even though there have been some workouts she has missed she has refused to just lay on the couch and has made it PART OF HER DAY. It's even more amazing that this past week we celebrated her 100th class! Down 7lbs since she started and even completed her first team DEKA mile too!

Luck favors hard workers and Karissa is most definitely one of the hardest workers !
