Located in Central Bucks! This training program utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs. After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized that you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on those challenges. Today, many top athletes in a number of professional sports are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level. What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its holistic approach to training. TFW encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the 12 guiding principles that are the philosophical foundation of the TFW system. As a result of this principle-centered approach, the TFW system offers endless variety while still focused on producing constant gains. These are very REAL answers and while you're just excited about the fact that its FRIDAY before you head to happy hour understand it can also be about "FRI-WHY."

Transformation Thursday!

Just wanted to give a special shout out to our student Henry C.

Since joining in May of 2022 he has decreased his waistline, increased mass in his chest, and his shoulders! He has come out of the shadows of others so much more and is even more social than when he was a kid!

Doesn't matter what time he just loves coming into everyone class, especially unexpectedly dropping in, but loves Kate Bush's running up that hill song, big fan of single arm shoulder raises (despite his asymmetry!), and has become so much more social since trimming down.

Great job dude and keep it up! We can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings you and all of us!

Most people fail in fitness because they don't have a system of support to guide them through. When you want to make a protein shake, but they keep coming out as margaritas...When you want a piece of chicken, but it keeps coming up deep fried. When all you want is your significant other to help you lose a few lbs, support that ONE hour, and yet they guilt trip you because you want to choose a healthier lifestyle.

It's hard because the support isn't there, but you know who will support you? The people who want the same thing as you, the ones who want the clothes to fit a bit better, the ones who want to try new challenges, the ones who want to work through their BS work day, and the ones who heard from the Doctor they NEED to change.
