This 48-year-old male had undergone filler injections to the lower eyelid for
under-eye bags and, unfortunately, developed worsening.
After dissolving his filler in two rounds in the office using an enzyme, we
went ahead and performed under-eyelid rejuvenation with surgery on the back side of the eyelid--transconjunctival blepharoplasty, and used liposculpture by grafting fat and also making particulate fat with potential regenerative properties
—called nanofat—to the skin along with a light laser. The swelling went away very quickly.

When filler isn’t the right answer....
This 48-year-old gentleman came to us after having filler placed under his
eyes elsewhere. Instead of improving his under-eye bags, the filler made him look even more
puffy.

We then rebuilt the area naturally.

We performed transconjunctival eyelid rejuvenation (a hidden-incision
technique) and used precision liposculpture with millifat to restore
