Early in July, I attended this Bliss & Happiness women’s retreat in Destin Florida with Tara Camp.

I had had a rough winter and spring, emotionally and was just looking for a “women’s retreat by the beach”.
Little did I know that this 5 days would absolutely transform my whole life and how I felt in it.

You all know me as a very upbeat, sunny, light yoga, pilates, artist girl. Looking super happy on the outside….
But I had a second half of me inside. There was a whole lotta pain, regret, trauma, anger, disappointment, shame, sadness and a feeling of failure at the age of 68.

At the retreat, I dived deeply into the beautiful beach, the clear blue/green water, yoga at sunrise, walking in nature and then in between all that beach and beauty and women’s comraderie and really delicious, healthy organic freshly made meals with love ( by Tara) .
Tara’s workshop teachings… I listened and dove head first into Tara’s spiritual processes. I am blown away that all that stuff I spoke about above is GONE. Gone! What was left was only LOVE and peace, happiness and gratitude for the life I have.
I came home a fully reborn self.
I’m astonished and relieved and more hopeful and have more happiness than I’ve ever had. I look forward to continuing using the processes Tara taught us and creating the life I always dreamed of. I can truly recommend this as one of the best workshops I’ve ever attended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
