A great rehab moment! 🌟Sasha uses the parallel bars and a transfer pivot disc to stand and complete a controlled stand pivot to the therapy mat! Together, OT and PT are helping her build strength, confidence and independence . One step closer to being able to discontinue the use of the Hoyer lift for transfers. 🌟

Success Story at Meadow Springs!💚✨

Mary Ann was admitted in May 2025 with respiratory failure and critical illness polyneuropathy, requiring total assistance and trach support. Through dedication and therapy, she was weaned off oxygen, returned to a regular diet, and regained full independence! She now walks over 500 feet and climbs stairs with a rollator!

We are so proud of you Mary Ann!!🎉💪

Veronica VanSkiver was admitted to AristaCare Meadow Springs in 2021 following a below-knee amputation. She has faced many challenges and ultimately underwent bilateral above-knee amputations.

With hard work and determination, Veronica regained her independence. She now uses a personal power wheelchair and performs transfers and self-care tasks with minimal assistance.

Veronica received full-length prosthetics and can ambulate up to 40 feet with minimal help. Beyond therapy, she was an active part of the community and even served as Resident Council President.

Congratulations, Ronnie — we’re so proud of you and wish you the best as you return home!✨🎉🙌

Success story at Meadow Springs!🙌 Congratulations James on his amazing progress and discharge home with family!

After being admitted with respiratory failure, James worked hard with our amazing therapy teams to come off the ventilator, return to eating a regular diet, and regain his independence. We are so proud of you James!🎉💪
