As you may have heard, there is a good chance we will get walloped in snow sometime Sunday into Monday.

To be ahead of the situation, please note depending on what happens, if we need to close for the day, it will be posted on our website and social media. Of course we will only close if necessary. As much as I love thinking my clients want to brave a foot of snow to hang out with me, I feel like this may not be the occasion in terms of safety.

Happy Wednesday!

Two things! The first is, I get asked everyday about my clothes. One of my favorite stores is called and this is my newest number I scooped with my Christmas gift card! Check them out!

The second is, today I will be closing in Plymouth at 3:45 instead of 4:30 for a doctor's appointment. I will be back tomorrow normal time.

Believe it or not, for the first time in a long time I got new glasses! What are your thoughts?

I went with the crystal frame trend that has been taking over for some time now. I always struggle with crystal because I feel like with my coloring, they look like lab goggles but I think the hint of zebra is just enough!

It has been a fun morning so far! See me this afternoon until 4:30! Eyewear shopping is best on rainy days anyway!

January 5th, the world is back to the grind after the holiday whirlwind.

If you're like me, you may have just prepped your kids for school which seemed impossible after ten days off. How does a 10 day school break seem like 100 days?

We survived wrapping paper, stomach bugs, endless dishes, snow storms and the inevitable post Christmas cleanup.

It is a new year and the chance to be a new you if you want to! Visit me from 8:30-4:30 today in the Pinehills to get your newest prescription and style going. Insurance benefits have renewed for a lot of you and so has your HSA. I'll be ready!

Happy New Year!

I am a day late, I know and my apologies for that! Yesterday was spent ice skating and movie watching with the Downey kids!

2025 was a roller coaster with so many changes, some expected and some not. I am excited to be in 2026 and to move forward into the new year with the horizon looking bright!

Thank you to all of our faithful clients who have stuck with us through the years and continue to do so. I wish everyone a fantastic new year filled with happiness and health and I look forward to continuing to be your optician.

It is Fridayyyyyyy!!!

Today I will be in Plymouth until 4:30 but briefly stepping out from 930-11ish for my daughter's holiday recital. My dress today was carefully selected by her!

I will be open tomorrow in Plymouth from 10:30-12:30 for any pickups or purchases that may not fit into your busy week next week.

Next weeks schedule is:

Monday 8:30-4:30
Tuesday 8:30-4:30
Wednesday (Christmas Eve) Closed
