Being a massage therapist is incredibly rewarding.

I don’t just help relieve pain—I build meaningful, trusting connections with my clients and never take that trust for granted as I support their healing.

Because this work involves a deep energetic exchange, intuition plays an essential role alongside clinical skill.

To show up fully present, I begin my day with grounding techniques and often reset between sessions, allowing me to leave my personal life aside and give each client my full care and attention.

Life happens and if we are lucky and put the work in we change and evolve.
We become self-aware and accountable.
We recognize our worth and speak up more.
Trying to have a relationship with someone who isn’t interested in joining you on the journey can be difficult to grasp and create sadness.
It’s ok to be saddened by something that was once a connection with great memories.
It’s also ok to realize things have changed and go on separate paths ❤️❤️
