School is officially back in session, which means busy mornings, after-school activities, and school buses back on the road. Now is the perfect time to remind everyone about school bus safety and the importance of being prepared for emergencies.
✅ Make sure kids know how to cross safely and stay alert around school buses.
✅ Ensure every school bus is equipped with a fully stocked first aid kit — because accidents can happen anytime, anywhere.
✅ Encourage parents, teachers, and drivers to learn basic First Aid & CPR skills to keep students safe.

ARE YOU SELLING A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING IN MASSACHUSETTS?
Introducing our newest branch of service - 360 FIRE
In Massachusetts a smoke detector compliance certificate pursuant to MGL, Pt 1, Title XX, Chapter 148, Section 26F and 26F 1/2 is required when selling a residential dwelling.
Our first visit is a consultation. Our technician will arrive and ensure the property will pass inspection under its current state and will make immediate recommendations if upgrades* must be made to meet code. Upgrades are offered a-la-carte and are subject to market costs. If possible, upgrades will be made during the same visit. A final invoice will be sent and payable the same day - with a guarantee that you will pass your fire department inspection**. If you fail for any reason, a follow-up visit is free of charge but will be subject to market cost for additional upgrades required by the local jurisdiction.
Additional services include scheduling and meeting with the local inspecting authority on your behalf. This service happens at an additional cost - and under most circumstances is a separate visit. After the property passes inspection the Compliance Certificate is delivered digitally immediately. It can also be picked up or mailed.
*Upgrades are the cost of things we must install either by choice, or by requirement of local authorities.
** Fire Department inspection fees vary. We will never mark up the price of a smoke detector compliance certificate.
***Some properties will require work to be performed by a licensed electrician. You are welcome to use the licensed electrician of your choice or one can be provided for you. Electrician services are separate and are in addition to 360Fire. We have no control over the cost of these services, but pricing transparency is paramount and we will communicate with you regularly.
