Smoke and CO Detector Compliance Certificates

Are you buying or selling a home in Massachusetts?

What Is It?
In Massachusetts a smoke detector compliance certificate pursuant to MGL, Pt 1, Title XX, Chapter 148, Section 26F and 26F 1/2 is required when selling a residential dwelling.

What We Offer:
Our first visit, which is a consultation, is for the low cost of $179. Our technician will arrive and ensure the property will pass inspection under its current state and will make immediate recommendations if upgrades must be made to meet code.

Upgrades are offered a-la-carte and are subject to market costs. If possible, upgrades will be made during the same visit. A final invoice will be sent and payable the same day - with a guarantee that you will pass your fire department inspection. If you fail for any reason, a follow-up visit is free of charge but will be subject to market cost for additional upgrades required by the local jurisdiction.

We can schedule and meet with the Inspecting Authority on your behalf and issue Compliance Certificates digitally.
