Trillium Woods is a senior living community located in Plymouth, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis. The community is on 46 acres near lakes and protected scenic views close to Maple Grove shopping and the greater Minneapolis downtown areas and amenities. It has 195 Independent Living apartment homes and 14 garden homes. Trillium Woods is a LifeCare community that provides access to memory care, assisted living and skilled nursing care in the Birches Health Center.

Let the Games Begin!
Our 2026 Winter Olympic Games are officially underway at Trillium Woods, complete with a Parade of Nations, torch lighting, and spirited competition among 70 resident athletes. We were honored to welcome Olympian Carrie Tollefson, who shared her experiences from the 2004 Athens Games and inspired us with tips on staying active at every age.

What an incredible start to our 2026 Alzheimer’s fundraising! Our Alzheimer’s Committee held the first of four events, a Bake Auction featuring 68 delicious, homemade treats from our talented associates.

Thanks to generous bidding from residents and associates, we raised $17,384, plus a $2,000 match from LCS, bringing us to $19,384 toward our $20,000 goal. for the year!
