Spring has finally sprung! 🌸 Time you get your vitamin D back up Ladies and get out of the winter blues 😃. 10 minutes of direct sunshine ☀️ does the trick. Be careful though and use at least a 15spf sunscreen if you are exposed longer than that. Skin health is key to overall health.
