It may not seem like much to some, but to a small business owner, to me, new signage means something significant. 💚

It means more than I can put into words right now and will keep close to my heart.

The butterfly spirit has been flowing through my family for generations. Though light and delicate, it runs deep, and is full of fierce transformation. Of trust. Of cocooning in darkness, to shed, and evolve into a whole new version. 🦋

It is the nature of the work I’m honored to do with the amazing humans who walk through my door.

It is what first drew me to the healing arts and has continued throughout my journey.

.loft.ne has always been and will always be a safe, community oriented space. At the heart, it’s a space of solace & recentering. Where I have always believed in the power of therapeutic touch. And the ripple effect of holding space for humans. 🌿

I can’t believe it’s 2026 and we’re talking about, fighting for, BASIC HUMAN DECENCY. For innocent humans to LIVE and not be harmed. But here we are, continuing to fight for and stand for human rights.

In response to the national shutdown:
Yesterday, I chose to stay open for my clients as I had already pre-booked sessions, devoted my time and my clients had devoted their time in their busy schedules for their care. However, in solidarity, I paused payments for the day.

Most small businesses, especially in the midst of January, mine included, do not all have the ability to close up shop for the day. As many of us have already faced multiple closures this week due to the storm. We also have a commitment to the people we work with, our communities.

And yet, to our collective, as well. Take extra good care of yourselves, nervous systems, and each other. 💚

Recommendations welcome of organizations to raise funds to donate to. 🙏🏼

Back from a few snow days and cozier than ever!! I’ve never seen the frozen over before! 😍

Looking forward to supporting my clients this week, still a few openings left this Friday morning in Plymouth or next week in Plymouth + Providence if you’re in need of some winter rejuvenation ❄️🙌🏼

Please note: I don’t take same day appointments unless you’re an established client, if I happen to have an opening and you’re in need of a session. My work is not a quick fix, although one session makes a big difference, massage therapy + reiki work best on a continual basis. The more you receive, the more you feel the benefits ripple out. 🌊 Especially when it comes to support. Regulating the nervous system is an ongoing practice, it is certainly not about being calm all the time. It’s about fully feeling your emotions and creating a safe space to do so. It’s knowing how to get back to center, and what that feels like.
