Small business, life, and support after a massive tragedy in our area… 💔

Slowly, tenderly, and with a continual focus on community care. 🌀

Because we don’t heal in isolation. We heal through connection.

The more we disconnect from humanity, and from nature, the worse things get.

I have been a healing practitioner for 17 years. I can recall the days where I have not known how to hold the light through times of such darkness…

But I showed up anyway. I let the light in. I focused on serving in the ways I am most effective. I remembered, the light is always within us even through times of darkness. And the light rippled on. 🌊

I don’t know how to show up right now, but I am here. Navigating, healing, processing through the waves alongside you. Helping others heal, remember, and navigate too.

Thank you all who have visited these last few weeks at both my Plymouth studio & Providence pop-up space, the sessions have been flowing deeply, and so many of you have been focused on pouring back into yourselves. Replenishing the outpour of energy, and remembering what peace and safety in the body-mind connection feels like. 💚

Waking up to two new ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews on small business Saturday, was a gift I didn’t know I needed. Which are always my favorite kind of gifts. The ones that speak, remind, lighten and land softly in our atmospheres. 🦋✨

It’s been a challenging year for most small businesses to say the least. It’s moments like these and so many more that keep us going!

While it’s not always possible to 100% shop / support local for everything, shifting as much as you’re able to your favorite local businesses throughout the year makes a huge difference! It’s the heart and energy in the areas in which we live/ work/ travel to.

Dear Rhode Island clients,

You’ve all been so patient, and I’m delighted to share that chapter II has begun in Providence! ☺️🙌🏼🦋✨

My friend and co-worker who is an amazing sound healer, Nicole Benisch has space at her studio for me to see my Rhode Island clients!

I’ll have limited openings in Providence as I’ll primarily be at my Plymouth, MA studio, but it’s a great addition to the mix and an opportunity to continue care more locally!

📆 The next date I’ll be there is Thursday 12.11 and as of now I have room for 1-2 more sessions in the afternoon. I’m working on my schedule for the next dates!

Welcome 😌 I’m Ashleigh, owner & practitioner of .loft.ne ! Firm believer in the body holds way more than we’re even aware of. Memories, emotions, wisdom, tension/ stress, it also has the capacity to attune to the frequencies of immense healing and transformation. ✨

I’m a licensed massage therapist, certified USUI reiki master practitioner, and holistic health practitioner with over 17+ years experience in the professional field! I specialize in intuitive, deeply meditative, rejuvenating therapeutic massage + reiki AND pre/postnatal massage + reiki!

💚 I have advanced training / certifications in the perinatal & holistic / healing art/ energy/ therapeutic realms

A little about me: I’m a mom of an amazing daughter, multi passionate human, a poet/ writer/ artisan/ author, huge music & nature lover, INFP-A, Cancer ♋️, and highly sensitive soul! Yoga has been my go to form of movement for much of my life.

Good frosty morning to y’a! It’s toasty warm in here between the morning sun, table warmer, and cozy infrared heater. I have more plans for added coziness that I can’t wait to bring to life!

The sessions have been flowing strong and the people are walking out floating on clouds, glowing as bright as the sun. 🙌🏼✨

Lots of extra shoulder work, grounding and energetic recalibration lately! If you’ve been feeling off balance/ tense / stressed/ extra anxious, etc or even if you’ve been feeling pretty good but would like to feel even better, it’s a great time to weave in time for your mind•body•soul care!

My daughter reminded me I needed to restock the treat bowl too 🍫

I meet women and mothers through all stages of their journeys. Whether she’s chosen to not have children, is open to receiving new life, is on an IVF/ adoption / surrogate journey, through first pregnancies/ postpartum life and second, third time around, after losses, during NICU stays, and through developing the courage to try again. And so much more. Sometimes I even get to meet the babies too! 🥹

Every human and client that I work with is on a unique path. I do my best to create an atmosphere and hold the energetic space needed for subtle and deep transformations. 🦋

Happy NovemBER! 🍁 It’s been two months since our studio move down the street & re-opening in Plymouth, MA waterfront! Loving being closer to the water, the view, the vibes, and creating a cozy healing sanctuary! 😌 loving seeing your faces, hearing the exhales as you walk through the door, noticing the energy shifts and peaceful afterglow of your sessions 🙌🏼✨

“Whoa, the reiki hit deep today!” one of my favorite comments from the other day.

It’s amazing witnessing the transformations throughout our work together! The subtle extra capacity in the nervous system, the increased energy balancing and relief of tension/ holding patterns in the body, the cultivating of inner peace, the resilience in recovery after a stressful event.

Self care is more than just in the moment, it is building communication and a feedback loop with the body that “Even when life gets stressful, I’ve got you.“

Therapeutic touch is a non verbal cue to the body that it’s safe. That it can let go. That it doesn’t have to hold it all together.

Wrapped up my last day in this beautiful space where my practice has been part of the last 5+ years at my Providence, RI location! Walking in for yoga class, before I shared space here, I felt a deep resonance within this building. As if I had been here in another lifetime. I got to live out another half decade here and share the magic with my clients and colleagues!

Incredibly grateful for the opportunity at Hawk & Hummingbird, honored to have been part of the amazing team of practitioners & healers. The magic will carry on in all of our individual healing practices, spaces & collaborations.

This song was the very last song that came on in my very last session in this space, connected me back to when I was in massage therapy school, we were in class practicing in a retreat setting, and through this song (a different version but same song), I felt a deeper connection to this work than ever before.

A sound. A thread. A theme, of what’s coming next for continued healing sessions in Providence… 🥰🙌🏼✨

Good misty morning!! What a delight this fall has been. Minus the random really hot days when, if you’re a fall lover like me, you’re layered up and then overstimulated! 😅 but hey, transition is full of swings and waves. 🌊

Autumn is an amazing time to recenter and rejuvenate from the vibrancy of summer. Tuning back in, recharging from life’s ever changing winds. 🍂

Lately I’ve been seeing some mamas return, some new folks coming in and some regulars for their maintenance tuneups! ✨

Always so grateful to witness first hand the shifts, the stress lifted, pain / discomfort naturally relieved, anxiety soothed, the mind•body connection in synergy, inner peace restored. 🌀

A few reminders: this Friday 10.24 is my last Friday at my current Providence location! I’ll be shifting primarily to my Plymouth, MA studio Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays. And, an exciting collaboration in Providence, RI is brewing that I’ll be sharing more about soon! 😌✨
