Family members with loved ones in addiction are encouraged to attend our Family Night on Monday, April 7th from 5:30-7:00PM in Edina. Emma Johnson, MPS, LADC, is passionate about helping families better understand addiction and demonstrating ways to better support themselves and their loved ones. Guest speakers will also discuss their child's struggles with addiction and highlight tools and insights that helped them heal and grow.

We appreciated the warm welcome we received from City of Minnetonka Mayor, Brad Wiersum, host of yesterday’s 2024 Opioid Summit at Minnetonka City Hall. This event provided Western Hennepin County residents and city officers with valuable information on the science of addiction, treatment, and recovery as well as guidance on opioid response and overdose prevention. Reed’s Admissions Director, Veronica Angell, MPS, LADC; was on hand to educate attendees about the array of resources and services Reed Behavioral Health can offer to those in need of support.

We had another great year participating in the NAMIWalks 2024 Fundraiser at Minnehaha Park in Minneapolis this Saturday. Our team raised funds to support NAMI's mission of promoting education, advocacy, and mental health resources across the state of Minnesota.
