Over the years I have discovered some things about promoting myself and my services which are connected to fear and humiliation, shame too. That’s why this is a last minute shout out to anyone out there who may find me and listen to this my first time being interviewed.

Being seen and heard and felt as my true self can sometimes turn into being made a “fool of” or making “ a fool of myself”. That’s probably why I haven’t written to you much over the last few years. I've been walking the difficult paths of landing in a place where I can live peacefully and reinventing how to work in a world that is more disconnected than ever before. The inner shadow work and letting go process has cleared enough and I've reached a pinnacle where I am now ready to be heard on the radio. Yes indeed! I am taking a risk, a leap of faith like the fool not knowing the outcome or where the journey will lead me. Here I Go…

International Women’s Day

I feel power when… gas pedal to the floor… Fast car surges and takes me where I want to go. FAST- clear path ahead. No obstacles, only fluid flight.

How do I go forward now? What does power look like for me at 60+ years old?

A whole new perspective. A lifetime of reflection towards what worked for me. The things that failed to thrive and why. And the places where I could have done better, done more or made a different life altering choice.

Is this power?
Is it WISDOM?
Is wisdom power?
How do I wield the sword of wisdom?
What does that look like?
Who are my role models?
The women before me? Was there hidden wisdom from them when I was young?
Did it look like/feel like power?
None of them had fast cars. My grandmother never ever drove, yet she was the one who fed me the most wisdom that I can recall, even though she didn’t seem to have any power.

What is feminine power?
How does one impart it? Receive it? Embody it?

I call forth the revelations of wisdom emanating from my incoming crone soul. May the light of truth shine unto me. Show me examples.
Show me it - the power- within myself.
The power of the crone.

Learning Reiki was the beginning of my spiritual path of becoming an energy healer. When I got attuned to Reiki 2 I had recently broke my arm while skiing. I persevered and did not let the broken arm interfere with my desire to know what this energy healing was all about. Several months later I landed at the Barbara Brennan School of healing where many of the pieces of this mysterious puzzle began to make sense.
