Gayle will create the space to prepare and walk you through the use of this template so you can remove and reprogram unwanted thought-feeling patterns that may have plagued you for a lifetime. As you understand and use the template you can do many wheels whenever the need arises. This is an empowerment tool designed for regular personal use and self-development. Each session will gently uncover and refine what is needed for each individual in the group.
