Andrew is a high-performance physical therapist at Inspired Athletx and a former team captain and professional defensive lineman. He came full circle with Inspired, having trained and prepared for the combine and pro day with us and then returning as a full-time physical therapist.

In this segment, he talks about completing , and after working through a minor injury, finished the month with a PR! That’s some big weight!

An important lesson that being injured doesn’t have to mean stopping training altogether. Most times, with the right modifications and treatment, an athlete can continue training and come back even stronger than before. Case in point 👆.

A great reminder!! You don’t have to be an athlete to seek out professionals who treat & train athletes.

This is a common barrier or hesitation for the “regular person”. Many people self-deprecate and think that because they aren’t (what they consider) an athlete, they can’t work with the PTs or the trainers who work with high level athletes. You absolutely can!

If you want to move, function, and perform at a high level, no matter what “arena” you’re playing in (business, parenting, rec sports etc), working with the professionals who know how to get you to that high level can make all the difference.

High-performance PT is the way.
