After 20 years of massage, cupping remains one of my favorite ways to get results; especially for dense, tight muscles that don’t always respond to manual therapy alone.
The cups create space, improve movement, and allow the tissues to glide more fluidly instead of feeling stuck.
The marks begin to fade in a few days , but the relief lasts much longer. 💆🏻‍♀️
