BRING YOUR CREATIVE ARTS/CRAFTS
We are not one-dimensional beings. Each of us has a variety of creative expressions. Whenever you draw/paint, sculpt, bead, write, sing, garden, cook, concoct, knit/crochet, sew, or any other activity, you are bringing yourself to the great party of life. Please bring an example or pictures as well as your dowsing or energy tools. This will be a workshop to demonstrate how your creativity in other areas enhances and empowers your dowsing or any endeavor. Our agenda:
• Exercises to stimulate our breathing and energy (building on the opening centering).
• Dowsing with a partner to assess each other’s overall wellbeing.
• Show-and-tell of one of your creative activities.
• Pattern perception exercises.
• Song/chant exercise.
• Dowsing with your partner again to gauge any changes.
• Feedback and wrapping up.
As individuals and as a community, the more we share our creative energy, the more we have. Together we can do so much more.
Featuring Sheila Oranch
Sheila Oranch began her metaphysical explorations with the Rosicrucian Order at age 17. She discovered Tarot in 1980 and learned from many readers and systems. She started Dowsing with Suzanne Schwartz and White Mountain Dowsers in 2007. She practiced and taught Tai Chi and Chi Gong at the Shen Tao Institute in Massachusetts and completed the Dahn New Human School intensive program in meditation, energy work, and healing in 1998. Her arts/crafts have included pretty much “all of the above” because we don’t have to keep doing only one thing!

We hope everyone is having a safe, warm, healthy holiday season. The new year is starting off with high energy and high hopes. Attached find the handout/worksheets and the flyer in a variety of formats Ifor the upcoming meeting so you can share by print, email, or social media.

If you wish, bring treats to share, donations for a raffle, flyers for your events, and books or tools to sell. If you are new to dowsing and want to purchase some starter items, tell us and we’ll try to have some available for you. By us, I mean tell me and I’ll share that with the core members.

The suggested donations for supporting meetings in 2026 are $10 for ASD members, and $15 for anyone else. We do not have chapter dues or any other source of regular income to pay for meeting space rent or to compensate speakers for their expenses. Rest assured that we will not exclude anyone for lack of money.

It is harvesting season, and we all can be gleaning pearls of wisdom from Nature, Spirit, and Life. It seems like we just met yesterday because the October meeting was bumped two weeks. November is on track with our meeting the first Sunday. I’m excited to gather again and enjoy the bounty of love and warmth we share.

Getting in Touch with the Higher Self
Earth is probably at the end of the third and beginning of the fourth dimension now, as reflected by all the chaos. People are experiencing the effects of their efforts to clear out remnants of their older dimensions and come into harmony with the fourth or fifth dimension. Telepathy is a communication tool of the higher dimensions. Major religions all have expressions of the higher presence, but it was about getting in touch with the higher self and being able to communicate from the higher self.
Most people don't feel these energies consciously. They can manifest as feelings of moodiness, dizziness, off balance, ears ringing, irregular heartbeat, headaches and general brain fog. While these feelings are disconcerting, there IS something that you can do about them! Pat will explain the true nature of these so-called symptoms and teach us practical techniques to incorporate into our energy work. We can experience the beneficial side of dealing with the intense frequencies of these planetary downloads that have been affecting the Earth's electromagnetic field and our own energy bodies.
