I cannot believe its been 2 years since I got my new pregnancy-conversion table! Its amazing to look back and see how far the practice has come in just two years and how much has changed since then! I do not miss the green carpet or those stairs at the old office!!!

Our friends at Om Home Organizing are having their Spring Garage Sale this weekend! There will be a bunch of great items cast-off by her home organizing clients that need to find a better home than a landfill. Our birth prep course preview workshop will be invaluable opportunity for expectant parents to gain insight into the process of childbirth and early parenthood. This workshop will offer a condensed version of a full-length childbirth education course, providing participants with essential information about labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Attendees can expect to learn about prenatal exercise, perinatal nutrition, the stages of labor, pain management techniques, and the role of a birth partner. This workshop will be led by Dr. Emily Soto, PT, DPT. This session will include interactive activities and Q&A segments, allowing parents-to-be to address any concerns or questions they might have. Overall, the workshop aims to empower participants with knowledge and confidence as they prepare for one of life’s most transformative experiences. Our workshop will also serve as a preview to our upcoming Birth Prep education course, which will run as a series of Saturdays this Fall 2025.

As many of you already know, I am one of those crazy people who loves to run. But I also love coaching the next generation of runners!!!

RunDTP Kids Camp is FREE and focused on healthy, joyful movement for the whole family. No stop watches, no formal races, just local families coming together to get more movement in during the week. Walk or run at your own pace. Take breaks where needed and enjoy gaga ball or sidewalk chalk. Enjoy being outside and setting a great example for kids that running doesn't have to be about competition!
