On Friday Miller's Merry Manor and Miller's Senior Living Community hosted a beef and noodle fundraiser for Operation Quiet Comfort. It went so well that halfway through we had to switch to chicken and noodles because we ran out of beef and noodles!

For a free will donation, each meal consisted of beef (or chicken) and noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, and a cookie. We received over $1,400 in donations (some donations came in after the giant check) for OQC to help our troops. It was an amazing turnout for a very worth while organization! Thank you to everyone that came out and supported!

Meet Mary Ann Dutt! Mary Ann has called Miller's home since 2020 and says she couldn't be happier to be here. Originally from Culver, she knew when the time was right to leave home life behind and start a new chapter surrounded by friends. A true sports enthusiast, Mary Ann loves spending mealtimes chatting with her friends about the latest games and favorite teams. She's always up for a friendly round of Euchre or Rummikub or by the puzzle table. But if you really want to see her smile, just mention coffee ice cream!

We're so lucky to have Mary Ann as part of our Miller's family! Thanks, Mary Ann!

Mealtime at Miller's isn't what most people expect from a senior living community and we love that!

Instead of one set meal or family-style only, we have a full restaurant right here. You can pick from our daily specials or order something you love right off the menu. The best part is you get to choose from several delicious desserts off our dessert cart as well. Our waitstaff take your order and bring your food to you - easy and comfortable. You can sit anywhere you'd like as we have no assigned seats and family and friends can join you anytime.

It's relaxed, social and delicious, just the way mealtime should be! Call us today to come have a meal!

Fresh sheets, clean towels is one less thing to worry about! At Miller's, we make laundry day effortless. Your sheets and towels are washed and refreshed each week which is included right in your rent. And if you'd like us to handle your personal laundry too, we can take care of that for a small fee.

The residents had a wonderful visitor last week. Tanner, the therapy dog, along with his handler, Ed Allyn.

Everyone had such a great time learning about all the things Tanner can do, and of course, getting to give him lots of love and pets. Tanner brings smiles wherever he goes and Ed does too. Thank you, Ed, for sharing Tanner with us!

There's nothing like a fresh haircut to make you feel great! The residents always look forward to their time in the beauty shop. A little pampering, good conversation, and plenty of smiles.

It's so nice having the salon right here at Miller's, making it easy for everyone to look and feel their best without every leaving the building!

When the community calls, we answer. We are honored to support two wonderful non-profit organizations right here in Marshall County - Dustin's Place and Shop with a Cop.

Miller's has donated special auction items to help raise funds for both of these incredible causes. We invite you to open your hearts and join us by bidding and spreading the word. Dustin's Place auction is Friday, November 14th and Shop with a Cop auction will start Tuesday, November 18th.

Marshall County is truly a place where neighbors care for neighbors. We are proud to be part of such a giving and supportive community! Let's come together and make a difference. Every bid counts!

Join us for our Beef & Noodle Drive-Thru Dinner on Friday, November 14th from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm in front of Miller's Senior Living Community (assisted living side).

All proceeds go to Operation Quiet Comfort to help support our troops. This is a free will donations event. Give what you can and enjoy a delicious meal while making a difference! Let's come together as a community to show our appreciation and support for those who serve!

Happy Veterans Day! 🇺🇸 Today, we proudly recognize and thank the brave men and women who have served our country and one who continues to serve. Thank you to our residents and employees: Joe Felke, Jack Kinney, Richard Moser, Terry Hough, Guilford Snyder, and Miller's staff member Jermaine O'Connor. We are deeply grateful for your courage, sacrifice, and dedication.

We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the men and women who have served or are currently serving in our armed forces. Your strength, commitment, and love for our country protect the freedoms we hold dear. Because of you, we enjoy the opportunities and independence we have today. Your service has made a lasting impact and we honor you not just today, but every day.
