Happy World Oral Health Day to our amazing dental team who go above and beyond to ensure our community's oral health is top-notch! 🦷

A healthy mouth is essential to your overall wellness! Without good oral hygiene, germs can reach levels that might lead to infections, such as tooth decay and gum disease. Make sure to brush twice a day and floss daily to keep your teeth and gums clean and healthy. ✨

The member organizations of the Central New Hampshire Health Partnership are conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to evaluate our area's overall health and well-being. We are inviting you to participate in a brief survey to help us in that work.

Your anonymous response will help us understand diverse community perspectives, prioritize the health needs in our area, and develop an action plan to address those needs. This survey should take less than 10 minutes, and results will be available in several months at the completion of our assessment.

Visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CNHHP2026CHNA to complete the survey by April 10th.
