Last chance to sign up for SHiNE, which starts Thursday! This dance fitness workout combines jazz, ballet, & hip hop moves with calisthenics in a HIIT format for a full-body workout.

Our upcoming Intro to Herbal Medicine class lets you dive into the healing power of nature!

Learn the medicinal properties of a variety of herbs and how to best prepare them as you make infusions, teas, tinctures, & a simple oxymel syrup.

This hands-on workshop meets with Linda Conroy of Moonwise Herbs 6-8:30pm Wednesday March 11 at PHS; $58 through March 2, then $68.

Our grandmothers knew the healing benefit of incorporating long-cooked stocks & broths into their daily lives. You can capture some of that wisdom in our upcoming Stocks & Broths class!

This nourishing make-and-take hands-on workshop is filled with information about the benefits of healing stocks. Gain inspiration for maximizing the nutritional value and flavor of homemade stocks & broths, as you include vegetables, mushrooms, beef, & chicken bones as well as herbs. Includes recipes, samples, & the base ingredients to make your own stock/broth at home.
