Our group put so much heart, creativity, and hard work into decorating this tree — and it truly shows. Moments like these remind us what MSDC is all about: coming together, supporting one another, and taking pride in what we create as a team.

We are so proud of the effort, imagination, and joy our participants bring every day. This is what community looks like. 💙

They assumed she couldn’t. She proved them wrong.

This story is a powerful reminder of why assumptions can be the greatest barrier. When people with disabilities are underestimated, their opportunities are limited — not by ability, but by expectation.

At MSDC, we believe everyone deserves the chance to learn, grow, and be challenged alongside their peers. When individuals are given support, encouragement, and the opportunity to show what they can do, incredible things happen.

Possibility means asking “Why not?” instead of “Are you ready?”
And believing in people until they can believe in themselves. 💙
