How people treat you is never a personal attack on you, it's a reflection of what's happening inside of them.

When someone treats you badly, understand that this is their perception. You can never change another person.

You can however understand that you deserve better, wish them well, and walk away.

This does not mean be a door mat. Speak your truth without anger, but then know that the only change that will matter is their changed behavior, not the apology they may offer you.

(The kind hearted people always win in the end. Remember that.-unknown)

Happy 2021 everyone!
I will be doing chat and phone sessions coming beginning this next week.

A lot of transformation has happened over the last few years and I am still pulling myself back together from it all.

This is the transition phase from the last 12 years of recycling our wounds of the past and repeating them again until the pain was healed and lesson was learned. The last two years I have noticed was more of a be still and do a lot of nothing. It was shown to me that way because this next very fun and important part of the next transition is that of healing our future self- and we as the creators are able to decide what that looks like.

I hope that everyone received the cancelation notice, there is no group healing event this evening at the Sacred Healing room.
