We’re thrilled to celebrate the groundbreaking of Belleston Residence, a brand-new senior living community right here in Plymouth! Located at 18035 Old Rockford Road, Belleston Residence will open in Summer 2026 and is designed to offer a new model of assisted and independent living one that blends compassionate care with the warmth and comfort of home. This thoughtfully planned community features:

• 28 beautifully designed living spaces with 32 total beds
• Personalized attention with staff-to-resident ratios that exceed state standards
• Advanced clinical support including care like PEG tube and catheter assistance
• A vision built around dignity, family values, and trusted relationships between residents, families, and caregivers

Founded by healthcare veterans Darla Thao, R.N., and Toua Xiong, M.D., Belleston Residence is rooted in more than 30 years of combined clinical and operational experience. Their belief that exceptional care should feel like home is at the heart of this project.
