At the heart of White Mountain Peak Performance is founder CJ Best, a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and seasoned strength coach with over a decade of experience helping people recover, rebuild, and return to peak performance. “To do anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.” - Unknown
CJ graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor's degree in exercise science, where he developed and helped implement a strength and conditioning curriculum. After graduation, CJ worked as an Intern Strength and Conditioning Coach at North Carolina State, coaching various teams from basketball, to wrestling, to various track disciplines.
