Some questions and answers about therapy:

1) What are signs that someone might benefit from therapy?

Answer:
You might benefit from therapy if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. Other signs include difficulty sleeping, changes in appetite, relationship struggles, or feeling like you can’t cope the way you used to. Therapy isn’t just for a crisis, it’s also for personal growth and self-understanding.

2) Is it normal to feel anxious even when nothing is “wrong”?

Answer:
Yes. Anxiety doesn’t always have a clear cause. Your brain is designed to detect threats, but sometimes it stays on high alert even when you’re safe. Therapy can help you understand triggers, calm your nervous system, and build healthier thought patterns.

3) Will my insurance pay for therapy sessions?

Answer:
Yes, your insurance will pay for therapy sessions depending on your deductible and you could possibly have a co-pay.

Don’t hesitate to give me a call to set up a free 15 min consultation to see if therapy is the right choice for you.

Allowing and recognizing the negative will make space for the positive. Ignoring negative emotions creates a block, a barrier, anxiety, making you feel defeated. Therapy can be a life saver, but that first step takes courage. 🫶

Sometimes people don’t need more advice.
They need a little hope.
A little proof that they’re not broken.
A little reminder that they can come back to themselves.

So if you’ve been overwhelmed lately, here’s what I want you to know:

You do not have to fix your whole life today.
You do not have to feel amazing to make progress.
You do not have to become someone else to move forward.

Start smaller.
Breathe.
Eat.
Walk.
Clean up one thing.
Answer one message.
Do one real thing that puts you back in motion.

That counts.
It all counts.

A lot of strong people are quietly carrying too much right now.
So this is your reminder:

You’re not behind.
You’re not weak.
You’re not out of chances.
You might just need a reset, not a judgment.

If this helped, share it with someone who’s been carrying a lot lately.
Sometimes one small reminder can change somebody’s whole day.
