We want to make all of our patients aware that beginning November 15,2025, NEA Baptist will be out of network for United Healthcare along with St Bernard’s facilities.

We encourage you to speak with your Employers and/or Insurance Agents if you have United Healthcare to find out your best options in regards to this announcement.

Our Clinic will continue to accept United Healthcare as in-network providers but if you are referred to a Specialist or for care at one of these facilities your care may be considered out of network facing higher cost.

🚨 BREAKING: NEA Baptist will be out of network for UnitedHealthcare patients beginning Nov. 15, 2025, after contract negotiations failed to reach a new agreement.

The change affects UnitedHealthcare employer-sponsored and Medicare Advantage plans, meaning patients could face higher costs for non-emergency care.

👉 VA, Medicaid, and Medicare Supplemental plans are not affected, and emergency services will remain covered at in-network rates.

In a statement to NEA Report, NEA Baptist said UnitedHealthcare "does not match our urgency or desire to find a resolution.”
