We’ve added another experienced CLT to our GTS team, this time in Mt. Home. Welcome aboard, Kelly!

Please join us in welcoming Kelly to the GTS Physical Therapy team!

Kelly is excited to begin a new chapter practicing physical therapy with the amazing team at GTS.

Originally from Indiana, Kelly graduated in 1997 from a private college in North Chicago. Throughout her career she has worked in many areas of physical therapy, but her true passion lies in lymphedema care and pelvic health.

Kelly is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT-LANA) and provides care for patients experiencing lymphedema related to lipedema, circulatory issues, cancer treatments, and post-surgical recovery. She also performs glymphatic drainage, which may help individuals dealing with symptoms such as brain fog, “chemo brain,” long COVID, and other neurological or inflammatory challenges.

In addition, Kelly specializes in pelvic floor therapy, incorporating techniques like scar and visceral mobilization to address fascial tension and movement restrictions.

What Kelly loves most about her work is the opportunity to truly listen to patients, understand their experiences, and help guide them toward living more comfortably and confidently. Helping someone feel better and regain quality of life is the most rewarding part of what she does.

Outside the clinic, Kelly and her husband stay busy as proud parents of two daughters in college. Their Bernedoodle is thoroughly spoiled and convinced he runs the household. When she’s not working, Kelly enjoys traveling, reading when she finds the time, and spending time with family and friends — preferably with a good glass of wine.

We’re excited to have Kelly as part of the GTS family and look forward to the many patients she’ll help along the way!

💙 Today is National Lymphedema Awareness Day 💙

Lymphedema affects millions of people and often goes undiagnosed or untreated.

Swelling in the arms, legs, abdomen, or other areas can happen when the lymphatic system isn’t moving fluid effectively. Left untreated, it can lead to discomfort, heaviness, and long-term tissue changes.

The good news? Treatment can make a huge difference.

At GTS Physical Therapy, we have 4 certified Lymphedema Therapists (CLT) who serve our patients across Arkansas.

If you or someone you love struggles with:
• Persistent swelling
• Heaviness or tightness
• Skin changes
• A history of cancer treatment or lymph node removal

A lymphedema evaluation may help.
