CCSR is incredibly proud to announce that Randall Sherman, director of dining and chef David Ricardi along with our partner Ken McCluskey, from Compass on the Bay won the SLR Top Chef competition!!

Randall and David served a seafood bouillabaisse with muscles, scallops, shrimp and lobster - it smelled as good as it tasted! While director of dining, Ken, served a fabulous dessert of choux swan & crème legere, drizzled with spun sugar - wowsers!

Well done chefs!!

Residents were recently treated to home made pies, baked by none other than our lovely dining room server Jacqui.

Not to be outdone, Tom our building and grounds director pulled out all the stops on last weeks men’s night with a stuffed pork tenderloin!
