Welcome Dr. Tristan Clements!
We are excited to welcome Dr. Clements to our clinic as our new Physical Therapist. Dr. Tristan Clements, PT, DPT, MS is an Idaho native who grew up in small towns across Southeastern Idaho, spending much of his time outdoors hiking, camping, climbing, and participating in football, wrestling, and track. A football injury introduced him to the world of physical therapy as a patient, sparking an early passion for rehabilitation and helping others return to the activities they love.
Tristan completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Health at the University of Idaho, followed by a master’s degree in Movement and Leisure Sciences at the same University (Go Vandals!). In 2023, he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. Although his formal coursework is complete, Tristan maintains a strong commitment to lifelong learning and clinical excellence, continually expanding his skill set to better serve his patients.
Clinically, Tristan is passionate about orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and return-to-sport programming. He emphasizes evidence-based practice, clear communication, and empowering patients through education and individualized treatment plans. He believes in meeting patients where they are and partnering with them to achieve meaningful, functional goals.
Outside the clinic, Tristan enjoys reading, board games, and a wide variety of physical activities including hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, snowboarding, resistance training, and especially running. Becoming a physical therapist has been his goal since high school, and he is proud to serve the South-East Idaho community with Anew Day.
