📣📣 Huge Shout out to our PT Tech, Jess!! 😎
She is no stranger to the gym and has been a competitive powerlifter since 2021 🏋🏽‍♀️ Her first competition was in Oregon in 2023 where she set two state records in Deadlift 🥇 Her first deadlift record was 264.6 # followed by 275.6 #. This year she competed in Oregon with the goal of setting another state record…she then set ❗️FIVE❗️Oregon state records!! 🔥 Two records in squat, 1 in bench press and 2 in deadlift with a 370 DOT score. Not only did she set the states record in squat at 253.5 #, she then followed it up with a 264.6 # to break her own record 🤩 Then she set the new bench record at 132.3 # (only weighing 122 #) and broke her own deadlift records from the year before by lifting 292.1 # followed by 303.1 # 💪🏼
We are more than proud of this girl who can lift almost three times her body weight. Not only is she amazing at her sport, but she is also friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate with our clients 💯 Come meet Jess here at Elevate Physical Therapy!!
